- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or training session to avoid penalties.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full service cost being charged, with no exceptions.
3. No Money-Back Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we operate on a strict no money-back policy.
- All training programs, packages, or services are non-refundable.
- Payments made toward any service cannot be transferred or credited to other sessions or clients.
4. Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality dog training services, you acknowledge that dog training involves certain risks. By enrolling in our programs, you assume full responsibility for your dog’s behavior and actions. Greta’s Dog Training is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the application of training techniques or recommendations provided during the sessions.
5. Compliance With U.S. Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, as well as the laws of the States of New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ).
- Customers agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the States of New York or New Jersey, depending on the location where services were rendered.
